Scarlett Johansson - Accused Celebrity Hacker Pleads Not Guilty


A man accused of hacking into the email accounts of stars including Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis and accessing their nude photos pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday (01Nov11).

Christopher Chaney, 35, was arrested at his home in Jacksonville, Florida last month (Oct11) and charged with 26 counts of identity theft before being released on bail.

He appeared before Judge Patrick Walsh in a Florida court on Tuesday and denied the charges.

The judge refused to remand Chaney in custody but increased his bail bond to $110,000 (£68,000), ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring device and told him to refrain from using computers.

A trial date has been set for 27 December (11).

But Barlow is now auctioning off prime seats at the gigs to raise funds for The Prince's Trust charity - and he's been left stunned by the interest in his concerts.

He says, "I've been overwhelmed at the response for both shows which sold out on Friday.

"Fans will be glad to know we've kept some back with great views of the stage to auction off to the highest bidder so we can make as much money as we possibly can for The Prince's Trust."

According to online reports, a 20-year-old woman from California has filed a paternity suit against the singer, 17, claiming she fell pregnant after the pair had sex backstage at a concert in Los Angeles.

Bieber's camp is vehemently denying the claims made in the alleged lawsuit, and his reps warn they will use "all available legal remedies" to prove the allegation false.

In a statement to Tmz.com, Bieber's rep says, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.

"We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Speaking to 2Day FM's 'Kyle & Jackie O Show' in her first Australian interview since the split, Kim - whose nuptials were televised on her regular series and on the E! special 'Kim's Fairytale Wedding' - said: "I do want to make clear that I would never marry for a TV show, for money, or anything like that.

"I think it's really ridiculous that I have to defend that. I guess that's what comes along when you film your wedding for a reality show."

Kim - who divorced her first husband, music producer Damon Thomas, in 2004 - insists she "married for love", but accepts having her nuptials filmed for her reality show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' was not "the smartest decision".

In a statement posted on her official website, she explained: "First and foremost, I married for love. I can't believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show!

"I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. But it's who I am!"

Kim admitted she is a "hopeless romantic" and rushed into her marriage with Kris because she wanted a family of her own "so badly", as well as getting "caught up with the hoopla" of filming the E! wedding special.

She added: "Everyone that knows me knows that I'm a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly.

"I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn't get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn't know how to and didn't want to disappoint a lot of people."

Kim has reportedly hired divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has previously represented Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie and Ryan Reynolds, and will cite "irreconcilable differences" in her legal documents.
